Sweet! I'm new at blogging so thanks for the patience. The big hope here is a place to make available some thoughts and reflections on a God-centered theology of art to contribute to the broader conversation. I'm a pastor of arts (among a few other things) at our church and there will hopefully be a number of other friends joining me on this blog here both from Imago Dei and from some other churches in town as well.
We're particularly interested here in this conversation in what does it mean to grow as artists in our discipleship in the kingdom of God. There are so many amazing people I'm grateful to get to interact with and alot of the ideas here from my end will reflect alot of these great conversations and good books. Feel free to check out some of these book resources if you're interested in some of the ones that have influenced where I'm coming from.
